"Ancient Fireplace"

The typical tavern with a large barrel vault from the 16th century is dominated by a green stone fireplace with a large hood on which stands out the aristocratic coat of arms of the Gatti family with the date 1527 (anno Domini MDXXVII Unigeniti Nativitate). It is accompanied by the ancient icehouse which, filled with ice and snow during the winter, guaranteed the conservation of food during the summer; now instead it presents the main typical products of the valley on display. It is the ideal place for tasting the rich range of prestigious Valtellina wines and the excellences that Tellina gastronomy offers. It is recommended for family parties, dinners with friends and business lunches. It has a capacity of 40 seats.
